today i worked 8-6. after work i went directly to the gym for about 2 hrs. i got home at 8.30, had dinner and watched tele.

I started the day with a glass of water to rehydrate.
at work i had a latte at 10.30 - i have this everyday around this time to help me wake up. so for an energy boost. after this i had a glass of water from the tap, which i sipped for rehydration throughout the morning.
i had a glass of water with my lunch - from the tap at work.
I bought a bottle of water at the gym
i had a glass of robinsons summer fruits with my evening meal
and i took a glass of water from my tap to bed with me.
