DAY 1

Today I worked at an open air skate event. I started work at 7.30am and worked through til 7.30pm. I then went straight home and stayed in and watched a movie. There was a Red bull tent beside ours. And the event was held close to an McDonalds. I current have a cold.
I started the day with a glass of water, from my tap, to rehydrate.

At approx 8am I had a Latte, from McDonalds, I had this for the caffine content for energy.
When I finished the latte I immediately had an orange juice, also from McDonalds, just for the sake of it really, I like it. (did not buy any food in McDonalds - I try to eat a healthy diet and avoid fast food venders)
I had a bottle of water taken from the fridge at my place of employment, with my lunch, to rehydrate
At around 2pm, I had another latte - I wouldn’t usually have a second coffee in the afternoon, but someone bought it down for me, so again I had it for the sake of it really.
At this point the Redbull tent offer us each a free can of Redbull - I drank about half before discarding it, because I started to get a headache and I didn’t really want it.
After I had packed away at the event I had another bottle of water, taken from my work, I had this to rehydrate.
When I got home I had two large glasses of Robinsons Summer fruit Squash diluted with water from my tap, because I put too much red chilli sauce on my dinner and it nearly blew my head off!
I took a glass of water with me to bed, taken from my tap.
