I got up at 9.15. Had breakfast (a shake) and headed to the beach to surf. After surfing i went for brunch in Perrinporth. I then showered, changed and packed everything away and at 2pm set off on the journey home. Got home about 7pm. Cleaned my car and sat down for dinner about 8.15pm. After dinner i watch tele for a while then went to bed around 10pm.
I had a protein shake to start the day
Before i went in to surf i had a capri sun- for rehyradtion
when i got out from surfing i had another capri sun.
With brunch i had a coffee for energy and an orange juice for vitamin and rehydration
On the way home in the car i had a Ribena and i shared a litre bottle of flavoured water - which i sipped at intervals throughout the journey - for rehydration
With my dinner i had a glass of squash - summer fruits.
