Today i worked 8-5. after work i went to my girlfriends parents house for dinner. Afterwards i went home, showered and had an early night.
I started the day with a glass of water - for rehydration
I had a glass of orange juice with my breakfast - for nutritional value
Latte at 10ish - energy/ wake up/ pleasure
Caprisun with lunch
i had a glass pf squash with dinner
and i cup of tea after the meal
and i took a glass of tap water to bed - for rehydration
saturday
I got up at 9.15. Had breakfast (a shake) and headed to the beach to surf. After surfing i went for brunch in Perrinporth. I then showered, changed and packed everything away and at 2pm set off on the journey home. Got home about 7pm. Cleaned my car and sat down for dinner about 8.15pm. After dinner i watch tele for a while then went to bed around 10pm.
I had a protein shake to start the day
Before i went in to surf i had a capri sun- for rehyradtion
when i got out from surfing i had another capri sun.
With brunch i had a coffee for energy and an orange juice for vitamin and rehydration
On the way home in the car i had a Ribena and i shared a litre bottle of flavoured water - which i sipped at intervals throughout the journey - for rehydration
With my dinner i had a glass of squash - summer fruits.

Today i got up at 9.30, i went for breakfast and then for a surf. After surfing i went through the town centre for a wander and cornish pasty. I then went back to the campsite for a nap, then shower and out for the evening.
With breakfast i had a coffee and an orange juice- for rehydration and energy
After breakfast i had a cup of tea - for social purposes
after surfing i had a capri sun - for rehydration
back at the campsite i had a capri sun - for rehydration
I did have a bottle of water going throughout the day which a sipped occasionally
with dinner i had 2 bottles of stella.
I have since had a further 2 bottles of stella.. the night is still young...

Today i worked 8-1.30. After work i went straight home, collected my girlfriend and then we set off on the 5 hour journey to Newquay. We went for dinner at a curry house then stayed the night in a camp site.
I started the day with water from my tap - to rehydrate.
I had me latte at 11.30 today because i knew i wasnt going to get lunch until later than usual and i wanted it to suppress my hunger.
Once in the van i shared a litre bottle of water, i sipped it occasionally on the way down, to rehydrate.
After 4 hours of driving we stopped at services to use facilities - i bought a bottle of orange lucozade sport for energy and again, i shared this.
With dinner i had a glass of coke.
After our meal we went to the campsite, and played jenga- i had two bottles of budwiser beer.
Had run out of water - so took a capri sun to bed with me
REALLY SORRY ITS LATE - WIFI DIFFICULT TO FIND IN NEWQUAY!

Today i worked all day (8-6) after work i went straight home home, i chilled out for a while and had a little tidy up. At 8pm, i collected my girlf from work and we went to tescos shopping. we went home, had dinner. then popped to her parents house.
7.30am - As always i started the day with a glass of water - to rehydrate.
10 ish - at work i had the usual latte to help wake up.
after this latte i drank 2 glasses of tap water, i downed one bcoz i was thirsty and sipped the other one over the course of the morning.
With lunch i had a pint of apple juice, someone had prepared this for me.
Mid afternoon i had another cup of water - to rehydrate
With dinner i had a glass of robinsons summer fruits

Today i worked all day (8-6) after work i went home tio get my gym stuff and then went to meet 2 mates at the gym. After our session we had a sauna, swim and then shower, and they both came back to my flat for dinner - salad.
As always i started the day with a glass of water - to rehydrate.
at work i had the usual latte to help wake up at 10.30
after this latte i drank 2 glasses of tap water, i downed one bcoz i was thirsty and sipped the other one over the course of the morning.
With lunch i had an orange juice - tropicana, i just fancied it instead of water today.
after work when i dashed into my flat to get gym gear, i downed a large glass of tap water from my tap - for redydration.
I also, refilled the plastic water bottle i had bought at the gym earlier in the week, with water from my tap- i used this to rehydrate at the gym.
With dinner i had a glass of robinsons summer fruits.

I started the day with a glass of water to rehydrate.
at work i had a latte at 10.30 - i have this everyday around this time to help me wake up. so for an energy boost. after this i had a glass of water from the tap, which i sipped for rehydration throughout the morning.
i had a glass of water with my lunch - from the tap at work.
I bought a bottle of water at the gym
i had a glass of robinsons summer fruits with my evening meal
and i took a glass of water from my tap to bed with me.

DAY 1
Today I worked at an open air skate event. I started work at 7.30am and worked through til 7.30pm. I then went straight home and stayed in and watched a movie. There was a Red bull tent beside ours. And the event was held close to an McDonalds. I current have a cold.
I started the day with a glass of water, from my tap, to rehydrate.
At approx 8am I had a Latte, from McDonalds, I had this for the caffine content for energy.
When I finished the latte I immediately had an orange juice, also from McDonalds, just for the sake of it really, I like it. (did not buy any food in McDonalds - I try to eat a healthy diet and avoid fast food venders)
I had a bottle of water taken from the fridge at my place of employment, with my lunch, to rehydrate
At around 2pm, I had another latte - I wouldn’t usually have a second coffee in the afternoon, but someone bought it down for me, so again I had it for the sake of it really.
At this point the Redbull tent offer us each a free can of Redbull - I drank about half before discarding it, because I started to get a headache and I didn’t really want it.
After I had packed away at the event I had another bottle of water, taken from my work, I had this to rehydrate.
When I got home I had two large glasses of Robinsons Summer fruit Squash diluted with water from my tap, because I put too much red chilli sauce on my dinner and it nearly blew my head off!

I was at work all day. Spent about an hour in the gym after work and then met up with some friends in town and went for a few drinks.
The drinks I had through the day were:
Cup of tea about 8am to wake me up. Tetley’s tea bags bought in Tesco because that’s what my mum always used to buy.
Various glasses of water and cups of tea through the day at work to keep me hydrated – taken from the kitchen.
Went and bought a can of Coke at about 4pm for a sugar rush – was feeling pretty sleepy at my desk. Bought it in the newsagents at lunchtime. Love the taste and the feeling of drinking it when it’s ice cold.
More water to rehydrate at the gym at around 7pm – filled up my bottle from the fountain.
Then beers! Had three pints of Red Stripe in the pub in the evening – they didn’t have Becks so it was the next best thing for me. Drank them to be sociable and get a bit tipsy. Here are some pics…
